Our award-winning traveling exhibit, Emmett Till & Mamie Till-Mobley: Let the World See, will be ending its engagement at Minnetrista Museum & Gardens in Muncie, IN, on April 12. Check it out while you still have the opportunity!
The exhibit's run in Muncie coincided with Minnetrista's other programming for Black History Month, and recently the museum featured Joshua Harris-Till, a Till cousin, in a series of community-centered conversations to reflect on and learn from the content in Let the World See.
After concluding its stay in Indiana, the exhibit will be on display at the Civil Rights Memorial Center in Montgomery, AL, one of the many projects by the Southern Poverty Law Center. The exhibit has a tentative open date of April 28 with a closing planned for August 14. Alabama is rich in civil rights history, so we're very happy to see our exhibit return to the state for the first time since 2023.
