Beginning September 1, the Emmett Till Interpretive Center will be closed to the public while undergoing major construction. Visitors will be able to visit and meet with staff inside the courtroom (2nd floor) at the Tallahatchie Second District Courthouse from 12 pm to 5 pm Tuesday through Saturday. The Center is expected to reopen on September 23. Please monitor the website and social media for updates.​

National Park Campaign Webinar
Listen to a dialogue discussing the recent efforts of Emmett Till Interpretive Center and partnering organizations that are fighting to establish Emmett Till historical landmarks as a national park. Participating panelists are from Northwestern University, University of Kansas, Roberts Temple Restoration Initiative and the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
