Surviving and Thriving:
COVID-19 in the Mississippi Delta
The Emmett Till Interpretive Center is currently producing an audio and video documentary project about how COVID-19 has affected communities in the Mississippi Delta. We will be releasing a new documentary about once a week. The goal of this project is to document in real time this historic event. We aim to capture not just the difficulties created by the pandemic but also how communities are coming together to support each other.
